March 6
Today I do the work that is mine to do with a glad heart
Today as I wake and prepare to go about the work that is mine to do, I take time to become centered and peaceful. I consecrate and dedicate my thoughts, words, and deeds to You, loving Presence.
Whatever I do today, I do with gladness. If it is work for an employer, I do it with great care and attention, remembering that I am blessed to have a job and be in service to others. As I
cook and clean, I do so with the attitude that I am creating food and a welcoming space for You, my dearest friend. I know the Truth that Your presence is in every place and in all people.
What I do for others, I do for You. Each loving act of service I give to another is given with a glad heart. Thank you God for the work that is mine to do today.

Today I take time to do a kind deed
My kindness toward my friends and family, co-workers and strangers is a light that brightens the world. Every kind deed touches the hearts of many. Given from a pure heart with no strings
attached, an act of kindness changes and blesses the receiver, who then acts kindly to another; ultimately returning to bless the one who began with that first kind act. Like a stone thrown
into a pond, the ripples of kindness spread in ever widening circles until finally, they touch and bless the earth. I remember the words of a Master teacher: “Truly, I say to you, as
you do it to one of the least of these my brethren, you do it to me.” And I choose to follow the teaching. Today, I take time to do a kind deed. Thank you, God, for the gift of kindness.

Today I tell a co-worker something about them that I appreciate
Whenever someone tells me something about me that they appreciate, I feel good. I feel as though what I am doing makes a difference. In those times when I’m not feeling confident or
self-assured, I remember what they said, and it lifts me up. It helps me feel good again. In whatever way I work with others, as a volunteer or at my job, the people I work with are important
to me. We are working together toward a common goal. Some I know just enough to say “Hi.” Others, I know well. However well I know them, just like me, they have times when they
need to be lifted up by an appreciative word. I don’t need to wait for them to feel down. I express my appreciation now, knowing they will remember my words. Today, I tell a co-worker
something about them that I appreciate.
March 9
Today I focus on the positive
Recent scientific research tells us that what we focus on becomes real for us. If we focus on the pain and suffering in the world, we make and keep it real. Reading the paper and watching
the news, our minds can tend to get caught up in the negative things being reported. However, I can always choose to focus on the positive. I can watch the news with a prayerful heart, knowing
that God is already involved in every situation. I can experience pain and suffering around me, trusting that God is there and everywhere. I can look at my world, now and everyday, with a
positive attitude. I choose to look for the activity of God, the good, in every situation. Today I focus on the positive.
March 10
Today I celebrate the things that unify us
Today I celebrate the things that unify us as one people. Because we all call this planet home, we share so much in common. We are all a part of a world unified by the Creator that is everywhere
present. I know that I have a responsibility to the world and to all that God has created. I bless the multitude of people, creatures and lands with my prayers for peace. God is Spirit and
God is Love. God is present in everyone as the spirit of love. Let us celebrate that Love as our connection. Experiencing God’s love, our awareness of our connectedness expands and grows.
This has a profound and far reaching effect on the world. Today, I celebrate the things that unify us.
March 11
Today I pray for peace in my world
God of Many Names, I trust Your power at work in my world. I trust Your spirit of harmony to bring peace. I release many concerns and anxiety that have built up in me. I go about the activities
of this day in my world with a feeling of freedom and tranquility. Today I abide in Your peace and it is with me wherever I go. I am one with Your infinite spirit of peace. I share this peace
with all who live in my world. Wherever Your peace is needed, I offer a blessing, knowing Your deep abiding peace is there, dissolving disharmony and making all things right. I make a conscious
choice to be an opening for peace and to hold the high watch. Today, I pray for peace in my world.
March 12
Today I place affirmations of peace in my world
In God’s love, I am one with all persons. I am harmonious and understanding. Today I take time to write down ideas that will help all people to live in harmony with others, I place them
around my home and my world to remind me to be peaceful. Ideas like: “We are all children of God, seeking to express love, wisdom and peace.” “We are all at peace in God.”
Others see my words and actions. This empowers them and gives them a tool to remind them of their own part in creating peace on earth. Let us recognize that God’s love is present in
us and in all persons in our world. Today I write down my affirmations of peace and place them in my home and my world.
